Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2026. By using rewards.irs-sol.com or submitting an application you agree to these terms.
This reward program is operated by a private company and is not affiliated with the IRS or U.S. government.
1. The operator
rewards.irs-sol.com is operated by Mari's Taxes LLC, 13374 Luna Rd, Victorville, California, US 92392-7240, D‑U‑N‑S® Number 144672007 ("we", "us"). You may contact us at info@irs-sol.com.
2. No government affiliation
This is a private reward program. This reward program is operated by a private company and is not affiliated with the IRS or U.S. government. We are not an agent of, and do not act on behalf of, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of the Treasury, any state tax authority or any other government body. Submitting an application here has no effect whatsoever on your tax return, your refund, any balance you owe, or your standing with any tax authority.
3. What the program is
The program allows individuals who filed a 2025 Form 1040 to submit that return for validation and to receive a written determination of whether their application is eligible for a reward offered by us. Participation is voluntary and free.
Rewards are paid by Mari's Taxes LLC from its own funds. Where a reward is payable it is 4% of the federal refund amount shown on the validated 2025 Form 1040, as read from the return itself by our reviewer. If the return shows no federal refund, no reward is payable. A reward is not a tax refund, not a credit, and not a payment from any government body.
3a. The reward calculator
The calculator on this website is an estimating tool. It multiplies a figure you type by the reward rate and displays the result. It is not an application, an approval, an offer, or a promise of payment, and it creates no obligation on either side. The figure you type is not saved and is not treated as a representation about your return. Only the refund amount on the return we validate can determine a reward.
4. Eligibility
To apply you must be at least 18 years old, be a resident of the United States, and be the taxpayer named on the submitted return or the spouse on a joint return.
Eligibility is decided by validating the document you upload, and by nothing else. An application is approved where the uploaded file is a genuine, unaltered Form 1040 that was filed for tax year 2025 and is legible. An application is declined where the document is fabricated or altered, is for another tax year, is a draft, worksheet, estimate or screenshot rather than a filed return, is unreadable, or duplicates a return already submitted. We do not assess your income, filing status, dependants, employment or credit.
You may redact Social Security numbers before uploading, including those of any dependants. Doing so does not affect the outcome. The tax year, your name, the form type and the refund amount must remain legible, because those are what we validate.
These requirements may be updated from time to time; the ones in force when your application is reviewed are the ones that apply to it.
5. No guarantee of payment
Submitting an application does not by itself entitle you to a reward. A determination is an assessment of the document against the criteria in section 4, and no determination is final or binding on us until we issue it to you in writing. We may decline any application that does not validate, and we may suspend, change or end the program at any time, including before determinations already in progress have been issued. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a refund advance, a loan, or a tax service.
Where we have confirmed an approval to you in writing and you have supplied valid payment details through the payout link, we will pay the reward stated in that confirmation.
5a. Payment details and payment
We do not ask for banking information when you apply. If your application is approved, the determination email contains a private, time-limited link where you either instruct us to use the direct deposit account shown on your submitted return, or provide another US account. That link expires, can be revoked, and stops accepting details once you have used it. We will never ask you for an online banking username, password, PIN or one-time code, and we will never ask you to send account numbers by email.
6. Your obligations
You agree that:
- The document you upload is the genuine, complete, unaltered Form 1040 you filed for tax year 2025.
- You are authorised to submit it, and the email address you provide is yours.
- Any banking details you supply are for an account you own or are authorised to use.
- You will not submit another person's return without authority, submit the same return more than once, upload malicious files, attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, or use automated means to submit applications.
Applications that breach this section are closed as not eligible. Submitting a document you are not authorised to submit may also be a criminal offence, and we report suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities.
7. Your document and your data
How we handle your uploaded return and any banking details is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: documents are encrypted at rest, stored outside the public web root, accessible only to authorised reviewers, and every access is logged.
8. Not tax, legal or financial advice
Nothing on this site is tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice, and no accountant-client or attorney-client relationship is created by using it. Consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances. Any reward you receive may be taxable income to you; how you report it is your responsibility.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the site for maintenance, or withdraw it, without notice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and the program are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this site or your participation in the program. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100), or the amount of a reward actually confirmed to you in writing and not paid, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from a document you submitted that you were not authorised to submit.
13. Termination
We may close an application or refuse access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. You may withdraw an application before a determination is issued by contacting us.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The revised version is posted here with a new effective date and applies to applications submitted afterwards.
